Due to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) the 43rd TD Bank Reedy River Run was postponed from April until September 5. That allows potential participants time to prepare and train for this historic Greenville event.
We asked Coach Victor Pataky to develop training plans for beginners and more advanced runners to train for the 10K race. Victor is the coach of the GTC-Rabbits--the Youth Running Program of the Greenville Track Club. He is also a member of ASICS Greenville Track Club-ELITE and has run a 2:22 marathon among other notable performances.
