GTC June Monthly Meeting

6:30- Gather at Pavillion

7:00 - Program presented by Tracey Ashall Fischer

Tracey is NASM Certified Personal Trainer, RRCA Certified Running Coach, Fitness Instructor at Caine Halter YMCA, GTC member and exceptional Master's runner

Tracey will lead us through a pre-run stretch routine, we will do a 2 mile run/walk, then a post-run stretch routine. Come dress to run/walk and enjoy a fun time! Water and watermelon will be provided!
