​Officer and Board of Director Nominations

 This year Beth Grumbles has appointed Jim Roberts, Mike Caldwell, John Lehman and myself to serve as the nominating committee for 2017 board vacancies.  In particular, we will be replacing Lola Amcher and John Thompson who have served maximum terms, Ashley Southern who is moving from the area, and Valerie Ruck as Secretary.  THANK YOU Lola, John, Ashley and Valerie for all you’ve done!  We hope to see you back in the rotation again in the future! 
 
This note is the annual solicitation of prospective officers and board members.  If you have nominations, please send them along with a description of qualifications to [email protected].  Our committee will then present the slate of nominees at the October club meeting.  Requirements for officers are that they have been members for two consecutive years and have volunteered at three events during that time.  At-Large board members must have been members for one year and have volunteered at two events over the past year.  All commit to attend at least 7 board meetings per year.
