Nominations Open for 2026 GTC Officers and Board of Directors

​OFFICERS - President, Vice President, and Treasurer (2 year term)

Ideally, nominees will have been GTC members for a minimum of two (2) continuous years and have substantially volunteered for at least three (3) GTC events within the two (2) years prior.  In special cases, the Nominating Committee may waive the above requirements.

AT-LARGE BOARD of DIRECTORS (2 years)

Ideally, it is desirable that nominees will have been GTC members for a minimum of one (1) continuous year and have volunteered for at least two (2) GTC events within the last year. In special cases, the Nominating Committee may waive the above requirements. 

Currently the four (4) at-large board positions open for nomination are At-Large positions 1-4.

General Info & Requirements

If nominated, please be prepared to provide a summary of your volunteer involvement with the club. Confirmation may be required from fellow GTC race or event directors.

Except for emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances, board members should commit to attending at least 7 out of 11 GTC monthly board meetings and monthly club meetings, whenever possible.

Nominees should be willing to demonstrate their club commitment by wearing GTC apparel at club races and other events except when representing their organizations such as at GTC Corporate Shield races. 

For At-Large Positions, please identify which of the following age groups you'll be in as of the 1st of next year. The intent is to balance the membership on the board: Under 30, 31-45, 46-59 and 60 +.
