GTC August Monthly Meeting on August 6

GTC Monthly Meeting
Meeting will be at Puerta Vallarta Restaurant near Cherrydale Cinemas. Social and ordering 6:30 - 7:00 PM followed by program:
 
Speaker for the August 6 meeting will be our own Dr. Joe Hammond, licensed clinical psychologist and GTC Hall of Famer. Joe's presentation will be "Using Your Mind to Make Running A Joy!". Some of the points he will cover will include: 
1. Gaining perspective to B. BETR: Body, Behavior, Emotion, Thought, Relationships.
2. Setting appropriate goals: Balancing life responsibilities with running.
3. Recognizing and changing destructive patterns to make running a joy.

Joe is asking that attendees write down questions or comments before hand so he can work them into his talk if they apply.
